Level One Communications Quick Support

1. Click on the "Level One Communications Quick Support" icon above. You will be prompted to save the file.

2. Save the file to your Desktop.

NOTE: Depending on the browser you are using (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc), your "downloads" may already go to the Desktop, or alternatively, to another location. You will need to know the location (file path) to where the file gets downloaded to.

3. Double-click the "Level_One_Quick_Support.exe" file on your Desktop. Accept any "security warning" messages that may appear. The Level One Communications Quick Support application will load.

4. Please read the 9-digit ID number "123 456 789" to your Level One Communications Support Representative.
