When searching for a company to provide us with a phone system, I was at my wits end! Everything was so technical and difficult to comprehend. Recently, the Phoenix office of Electrical Consultants Inc. needed to expand and relocate.  Not just once, but twice within 6 months.  Although our office, at 13 people, would not be considered large or populous, it isn’t small either and we needed to move with the confidence that the “system” “tomorrow” would work exactly the same as it did “today”.  We also did not want to drag our corporate service group down due to other demands on their time and expertise.

Level One was called on to coordinate our computer servers, network & phone system relocation (shut down to startup) as well as our internet service demark switch.  Coordination entities, aside from ourselves, included our Corporate IT department, internet service provider, phone service provider, building engineers & electricians & video conference equipment supplier.  With their expertise and willingness to tackle all of our office electronics, they impressively made short work out of our move(s).  They were professional, prompt and energetic when they showed up on Friday mid-day, and first thing Monday morning, the system was up and fully functional; and I don’t think they had to work Sunday .  They carefully identified each cable and piece of equipment both with paper and digital photos to ensure a perfect reconstruction.

As a side-benefit, they made everything look nice as well by aesthetically organizing and routing all of the power, data & network cables.  The impressive realization of this was documented with before and after photos.

For ECI, Level One will be called on again for any similar work.  Trustworthy, dependable, honest, hard-working, responsive, fair;  Highly Recommended!
